A warm welcome to our spring member webinar!

This spring our lecturer is Dr. Louise Nash, Senior Lecturer in Organisation Studies and Human Resource Management at the University of Essex. The event is hosted by the Finnish Association of Work Life Research (FAWORE).

In this webinar we will hear insights on how neurodivergent individuals experience working life, its challenges, strengths, and the key ways organizations can foster more inclusive environments. The webinar will be in English.

Webinaarissa käsittelemme mm neuroepätyypillisten henkilöiden kokemuksia työelämästä, sen haasteista, vahvuuksista sekä keskeisistä keinoista, joilla organisaatiot voivat edistää inklusiivisempia työympäristöjä. Webinaari pidetään englanniksi.
